An experienced and qualified Learning Consultant and Project Manager, and a background in L&D Team Management, Mike uses a collaborative consultancy approach, to provide effective and innovative learning solutions which support digital and blended learning across your organisation. Offering over 15 years’ experience working across multiple sectors and industries such as; Logistics, Retail, Consumer, E-commerce, Local Councils, Charities, Learning Providers and Higher Education to name a few. Seasoned in the creation of fun and bespoke engaging blended content for various audiences including staff and students, ranging from safety training modules to full leadership and On-boarding programs. Successfully led, and delivered on a substantial number of systems implementation projects, both consulting and training delivery of new systems and technologies across wide-spread organisations including systems such as CRM, Payroll/HR, LMS, Transport, Warehouse and Vehicle Tracking.
